Interests

Currently, I am working on three different but related topics in corporate finance: (i) how organizational structure of firms affect their choice of financial structure; (ii) how the structure and design of bank loan contracts affect firm-level real outcomes such as innovation and investment; (iii) identifying plausible channels via which financial shocks get transmitted into the real sector and vice versa. I also have projects related to corporate governance and financial development at various stages of development.
