The Residence Handbook is your guide to on-campus housing here at ¶¶ÒõÊÓƵ, including the Residence Code of Conduct.
Residents should use to formally report incidents within the Residence Complex. Any incidents submitted will be reviewed by a department administrator.
Once a report is submitted, it becomes the property of ¶¶ÒõÊÓƵ. Once reviewed, the University may take action at its discretion. Reports may be provided to the Halifax Regional Police upon their request; the respondent has the opportunity to read submtted reports as a part of a student disciplinary hearing / process.
Residents should use to report instances of stolen items or parcels within the Residence Complex. Any theft incidents submitted will be reviewed by a department administrator.

Residents should use to: 1. request addition to our Non-Evacuation List (for those unable to evacuate residence during fire alarms, etc., due to mobility issues), or 2. request additions to our Special Permissions List (for residents who require access to residence for outside caregivers, etc.)

Residence Services contain information on maintenance requests, lost keys, cleaning, laundry, mail, technology, and parking.
Residence Procedures provide essential guidelines for on campus living covering aspects like wait-list procedure, residence confirmation deposit, residence agreement, residence privileges, eligibility, room change requests, room assignments, roommate mediations, seniority/priority, terms of occupancy, withdrawing from residence.
Sexual Violence Support contains resources for people who have experienced sexual violence or who want to know more about available supports.
